WARNING - Google Play Store is hiding certain apps updates from main window

 Google Play Store is not listing certain apps as updatable, at least in main window (Manage apps & device). You have to explicitly search for such apps, and there the Uninstall and Update buttons are available.

Google Play Store version 33.2.12-21 [0] [PR] 487986790 does not acknowledge any new app update even after checking for updates.

Example of such application is Foxit PDF Editor, which I have version 11.3.3.0325 installed, yet version 12.2.3.1024.0501 is currently the latest available for my device.
