Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Mobile Platform supports AV1 codec only for decoding

Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Mobile Platform supports new AV1 codec, but only for decoding, not for encoding, so probably will be very slow encoding video with ffmpeg under this platform:
